Return & Refund Policy

At Enma & Koid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@enmakoid.eu with your order number and the reason for your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• Be returned in its original packaging with all labels attached.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@enmakoid.eu.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@enmakoid.eu so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Gift cards.
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, where applicable.
